To celebrate our babies' first birthdays and the first anniversary of becoming a mommy, my Mommy's group threw a big bash for all the babies and their families this past weekend. It was a gloriously warm day in the city, reaching around 80 degrees even in the outer sunset where the party was held (almost unheard of during the summer fog season). Although similar in concept to our working moms playgroup birthday party, the planning that went into this celebration was far more extensive, complete with matching t-shirts for the babies.
We also got to meet all of the dads, and it was interesting to see where the babies got their looks.
Ruby had a blast hanging out with all of her little friends!
And the parents marvelled at what a difference a year makes.
